VIGNETO DEL TORRONE BIANCO

From the historical vineyard of Nero d'Avola. The name Vigneto del Torrone Bianco refers to the soil in Tenuta San Giacomo: it looks like a Sicilian white torrone.

Mediterranean complexity. The most authentic interpretation of Nero d’Avola, the ambassador of Cusumano in the world.
Here, on calcareous soil, the natural power of Sicilian wines meets the elegance and freshness offered by altitude and by a soil rich in white trubi. This results in a balanced ripening of the Nero d’Avola grapes, which preserve a surprising acidity, giving it longevity. It stays for 18 months in large barrels.
